Mental Overload

A cry for attention was my starting point for this elephant. I expressed this idea by showing animated and comic book characters screaming or roaring. Giving them all the same mouth allowed me to create a unity in the piece. They are all demanding the viewer's attention for the same issue. The wood beams represent the consumption of wood that is causing the disappearance of the elephant's habitat.
