On 22 to 24 November, the crowd at Paragon Shopping Centre was able to get some live painting action from Japanese artist Noriko Suzuki-Bosco.
Elephant "Re-Birth", which was also sponsored by MUJI, a well-known Japanese retail company famous for its minimalistic design. A total of 45 bags were used for this elephant. MUJI's shopping bag is made of recycled craft paper with the recognizable maroon MUJI logo printed in soy ink. The bag is not only environmentally friendly, but, like all MUJI products, it speaks of a simple and sincere lifestyle. The elephant is covered with recycled MUJI shopping bags in the hope that we should be reminded of the simple lifestyle and what is truly important to us.
