The  Way Elephant Parade works

Elephant Parade offers elephants to business and individual sponsors  for ‘adoption’. Some of the elephant designs will have already been created (see our library of available elephants), others will be created by locally commissioned artists.

The (full size) Elephant Parade elephants are not for sale on the open market. They must always be adopted by a sponsor and then at the end of the Elephant Parade can be either auctioned, and sold to the highest bidder, or kept by the sponsor (who pays an additional fee to the Friends of the Asian Elephant Foundation).  

The Elephant Parade in the city

The elephants will be placed in public and semi-private locations. Our goal is to place a minimum of 45 elephants in each selected city. The exact number of elephants in each Parade will depend on the level of sponsor support.
