"In the modern world, to survive is not enough. In order to secure one’s position at present and in the future, traditional, passive and standard tactics are no longer considered effective, or even safe. In this respect,both the Asian elephant and various companies face the same problem: the threat of extinction. Its for this reason that for the Paint a Brighter Future campaign, I chose to decorate my elephant in warpaint-‐inspired paHerns using the GolinHarris G4-‐model colors. It is a representation of how, in the midst of rapidly changing 0mes, it takes a warrior to stay in the game. One must fight to stay modern and relevant. For our clients, an effective tool in this fight is the recently developed G4-‐model. Through the combined efforts of expert Strategists, Creators, Connectors and Catalysts, GolinHarris is able to give its clients comprehensive, compelling and tailor-‐fit strategies that allow them to face challenges head on and come out on top. As for the Asian elephant, the Elephant Parade is used as a similar tool. While the challenges of keeping up with the modern day are indeed complex, I think that there is deep value in the way that it pushes people to think outside the box. Modern-‐day challenges bring about modern-‐ day thinking and with creativity as currency, progress is a promise of tomorrow.
