"The born of Siddhartha Gautama was the reincarnation of a white elephant carrying a lotus in its trunk. Elephants and lotus are always appeared in Buddha stories and they represented the symbols of purity, goodness and Buddha. When I got to know I will paint on an elephant, the first image came to my mind was lotus. And I believe Chinese Ink Painting style is the best way to present the lotus."
