Elephant Parade has opened the gates of Elephant Parade Land to the public. Guests can visit our museum, movie room and library, enjoy a behind the scenes tour of our production studio and see the garden filled with colourful life-size baby elephant statues.

We want to tell the story of Elephant Parade’s 10+ year existence, share our mission to protect the endangered Asian elephant and the conservation projects that we support.

Elephant Parade staff will greet you with a guided tour. You will learn about Elephant Parade’s worldwide journey with internationally renowned artists and celebrities, such as the original master of singer Katie Perry’s “Dumbina” elephant, from our parade archive. Find out about the uniqueness of the magnificent elephant at our elephant fun fact wall, learn about the importance of elephant conservation or just relax on a comfortable bean bag and read a story in our elephant library.

Inspired by our many vibrant elephants, created from an eclectic mix of artists, brand collaborations and superstars, get creative and enjoy designing your very own elephant in miniature size. Design the perfect souvenir or gift with a 10cm (600 THB) or 15cm (1000 THB) elephant painting workshop. Our onsite artists are here to guide you with every step and can give you some inside tricks on how to make your elephant shine. Choose your size and colours and get artsy!

Discover how the elephant shaped works of art are made with a behind the scenes tour of the production process. A chance to see our talented artists at work, witness the different processes involved and experience the real handwork that is the basis of the Elephant Parade replicas. Watch short films on the production process, our conservation partners and artists in our cinema room. Wander through the stunning garden of full size baby elephant statues.

A great activity and a good cause

"We went on a day trip to the elephant hospital and then to Elephant Parade Land, we painted our own elephant and became attached to it. Elephant Parade supports the elephant hospital. It was a great experience and a lot of fun. A good thing to do."

Lovely day out with children

"We went along to an open day (me and 7 year old daughter) staff were lovely and friendly. Displays of the cities where the elephants have appeared in, a video on the work the organisation do and then on to elephant painting then a garden full of the elephants. We both loved it, highly recommend It."

Amazing place. Must visit when in Chiang Mai

"Visited Chiang Mai 10 times and was aware of the Elephant Parade, but this great social enterprise just added a wonderful museum and workshop. A must visit, and let the kids (or adults) paint their own. Great 3 hour visit."
