Elephant Parade Joins Amsterdam's 750-Year Celebration with Open-Air Exhibition

In 2025, Amsterdam celebrates an extraordinary milestone: 750 years since the city received its official city rights. As part of this historic occasion, Elephant Parade will present a vibrant open-air elephant art exhibition at Beursplein — right in the heart of the city.

From May 19 to June 29, 2025
, a collection of life-size, hand-painted elephant sculptures will transform this iconic square into a colorful, creative experience. Each elephant is painted by a different artist — both Dutch and international — and carries a story that reflects our mission of art, culture, and conservation.

As a company proudly rooted in the Netherlands, we’re especially honoured to take part in this meaningful celebration in our home country.

Art That Brings Us Together

A special highlight of the Amsterdam exhibition will be a unique Duck sculpture in between the elephant sculptures — the playful “odd one out” among the elephants. It’s a joyful reminder of inclusivity and connection, which are key themes in the wider Amsterdam 750 celebration.
The exhibition is free and open to the public, welcoming everyone to explore creativity in a meaningful way, right in the city centre.
