Karminha

by Phil Alexandrino

The project represents a sustainable chain, initiated by a modern solar panel on the back transforming into elephants, which gradually become birds, and in turn become fishes and disgorge into the sea, at the foot of the elephant. Showing a cycle where an action benefits all. The style, in turn, follows inspiration by the genius concept of the artist MC Escher, famous for its transitions with optical illusions. In this mixture between art and sustainability is where comes a beautiful pattern of transformation and connectivity between human action and nature’s reaction. Buddhists call it Karma. Or Karminha to close ones.
